The Abita Brewing Company invites you to experience the 2009 Abita Dinner Series. Each course of the meal is paired with an Abita Beer for the ultimate tasting experience. Dine with Abita as Baton Rouge’s favorite chefs bring Louisiana’s favorite brews to the table.

Jambalaya Egg Rolls, Shrimp and Applewood smoked Bacon Crostini & Alligator and Jalapeno Corn Dogs

I Course:
Turtle Soup with Restoration Ale poached Quail Egg and Sherry Wine
Served with Restoration Pale Ale

II Course:
Smoked Quail with Micro-Green Salad and Candied Walnut Vinaigrette
Served with Jockamo IPA

III Course:
Seared Duck Breast with Dirty Rice, Braised Apples, and Savory Caramel
Served with Abbey Ale

IV Course:
Grilled Venison Loin with Louisiana Crawfish and Corn Maque Choux
Served with Turbodog

V Course:
Roasted Ribeye Cap with Blue Cheese Mashed Potatoes and Abita Oatmeal Stout Demi
Served with Select - Oatmeal Stout

VI Course:
Abita Root Beer Affogato Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Root Beer Syrup
