The Abita Brewing Company invites you to experience the 2011 Abita Dinner Series. Each course of the meal is paired with an Abita Beer for the ultimate dining experience. Dine with Abita as our favorite chefs bring your favorite brews to the table.

I Course:
Farmers Market Salad
Local Farmed Greens, Stilton Blue Cheese, Candied Pecans, Grape Tomatoes
& Fresh Ponchatoula Strawberries finished with a Strawberry Vinaigrette
Served with Strawberry

II Course:
Prince Edward Island Steamed Mussels
Prince Edward Island Mussels, Fingerling Potatoes, Grape Tomatoes & Fresh Chives
Steamed with Abita's Wheat Beer served with a Crisp French Bread Cristini
Served with Wheat

III Course:
Grilled Ribeye
Grilled 10oz Ribeye, Abbey Ale Braised Purple Cabbage and Twice Baked Lardon
& Asiago Potato finished with an Herb Butter and Veal Reduction
Served with Abbey Ale

IV Course:
Raspberry Chocolate Mousse
Raspberry Fused Chocolate Mousse over Drunken Blueberries
