The Abita Brewing Company invites you to experience the 2009 Abita Dinner Series. Each course of the meal is paired with an Abita Beer for the ultimate tasting experience. Dine with Abita as New Orleans’ favorite chefs bring Louisiana’s favorite brews to the table.

House-Made Bratwurst and Mustard, Salt Cod Fritters with Malt Vinegar Mayo and Moroccan Spiced Lamb with Date Molasses

I Course:
Swordfish Involtino, Arugula, Almonds, Romesco Sauce
Served with Amber

II Course:
Clam Risotto, Pancetta, Corn, Spicy Potato
Served with Jockamo IPA

III Course:
House-Made Turbodog Sausage-Stuffed Quail, Chocolate Mole' Sauce
Served with Turbodog

IV Course:
Crispy Duck Confit, Creole Dirty Rice, Fig Mostarda
Served with Abbey Ale

V Course:
Malted Chocolate Pudding, Raspberries, Pretzel Biscotti
Served with Purple Haze
